Information you send us
When you fill out our qualification form or contact us, you may give us your name, company, trade, state, years in business, bid volume, estimating setup, phone number and email address. We use that information only to respond, assess whether our services may fit your business, and follow up about The Bid Engine.
Website measurement and advertising
We may use Google Analytics to understand visits and site performance. We may also use the Meta Pixel to measure whether Facebook or Instagram advertising leads people to take action on the site. These tools can collect device, browser, page-view and advertising interaction information. They are not currently connected in this preview.
How we use and share information
We use contact information for follow-up about our services only. We never sell your contact information. We may rely on service providers that help operate the website, analytics or scheduling, but they may use the information only to provide those services for us or meet legal requirements.
Keeping information and your choices
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose it was collected, our business records and legal obligations. You can ask what contact information we have, request a correction or ask us to delete it, subject to recordkeeping requirements.
